The jumper sits there...quietly...sometimes with a cat snuggled on it...wondering...will my owner realize my power? Will my owner realize my potency? Cause if they did, they would visit me more often. They would come to me with all their troubles. I could be their friend, their physical therapist, their massage therapist, their personal trainer. I could pick them up when they are down. I could heal a lot of their aches and pains. I could make them way more flexible. I could build them solid, beautiful round muscles that keep them strong and ready for anything. I could take many unnecessary pounds off of their body. I could help them wake up in the morning instead of drinking stimulants. I could relax them at night to wind them down. I could rehab old and new injuries back to health. I could help them digest their food so they don't feel full and sluggish after eating. I could invigorate them, bring them to life, make them happy again!
If only they would just give me a try. Just start with 30 second sessions, gently bouncing. Get a feel for me. See what they like, see what they don't like. Start to take me VERY seriously, because I'm VERY powerful.

But I must let you know...that I do everything in perfect order. If I expose a weakness, it needs to be addressed first. It may take some extra effort and patience to heal. But that is our journey together, and it will be worth it. We'll take it one day at a time.
I know you'll really start to like me. You'll be surprised at how good you feel. You'll really begin to understand me. But, I need to see you often in order to get to know you. I want to see you at least 3 times a day to start. We will work our way up from there. It will be so fun. You will feel accomplished and proud of yourself. You will finally believe that you actually can lose the weight you've always wanted to lose. You will start to see your future differently. You will smile everyday because of what's coming your way. Here's how to do the Jamba Walk on your rebounder.
Holding the bar (if you have one), place your feet towards the edge of your mat facing forward. Put a slight bend in your knees, keep your back straight and look straight ahead. Start pressing each foot one at a time into the mat like you are walking. Your feet will not lose contact with the mat, but there will definitely be a slight lift of each foot. Press deeply into the mat like walking leg presses and gently go side to side while breathing deeply.
Jamba walk is like hiking a mountain. It's also like cycling up a hill. It puts a significant resistance on each leg as we pressĀ down into the mat, and it strengthens our entire lower body.
If you introduce ANY upper body motion (or muscle flexing) while doing Jamba Walk,Ā there will beĀ extra blood flow to the muscles engaged because your heart rate will be elevated from Jamba walking.
This is a POWERHOUSE move. We recommend doing it as a powerful leg exercise in your daily jumping routine as well as in 5 minute intervals throughout the day for a healthy boost in your metabolism.

I (Sally) plateaued at my weight for the last 2 years. I accepted my curves and told myself, āI guess Iāll settle with where Iām at.ā āMy boyfriend loves me just the way I am.ā āI look better than other women I see.ā āI already lost 40 lbs.ā āI donāt need to reach the goal (I set a few years back) of getting a flat tummy.ā āItās not realistic for me to get fitter and leaner.ā Ā āItās not sustainable.ā
Well the universe works in mysterious ways. My universe put Stephanie (my twin sister) in my kitchen with biceps I couldnāt deny and a tummy to live for.
