Corn, Oats, Rice, Potatoes, Homemade Bread, Beans, Cereal, (we rotate between the first three for breakfast, the second three for lunch, cereal for mid day snack along with Trophy truffles of all kinds, and all starches for dinner 🦾)

We get our COFFEE REPLACEMENT! Recipe just below. We use Gur, Jaggery or Blackstrap Molasses. ☕️

We get our FRUIT! The most SUSTAINABLE fruit on the planet..⬇️⬇️⬇️
Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Frozen Fruit (Strawberries/Blueberries), Dates (we ordered this last batch in a 100lb order 🤪 and are keeping sealed in the fridge...if you can’t order in bulk, do your best to find the softest dates you can and keep them in rotation). We eat 1-2 servings of fruit between Trophy Tea (Gur or Blackstrap Molasses mixed with hot water and 1/4 cup soy milk 😎) and breakfast Starch!

We get our RAW VEGGIES! Yep, just one raw vegetable a day. We eyeball how much we can handle and then eat it...the more the better if it’s easy enough. Sometimes we make 3-veg salads chopped and mixed up and stored in a large ziplock bag. We eat about 1.5-2 cups before lunch, with honey mustard or balsamic glaze on top! (Can be eaten with lunch or after lunch, whatever gets it in 🥕)

We get DESSERT 2-3x day. We just make Trophy Balls in the food processor of ALL kinds (with ingredients including Dates, Gur (look it up), Oats, PB2, Carob, Garbanzo Beans) and keep them made and stocked! 🤤 We have them after lunch and after dinner, or anytime. They top off a nice lunch/dinner of just the right portion. Knowing our calorie number needs has changed the flat stomach game 💯.

We stay carbo-HYDRATED. Starches need water between meals. Easy! We keep our urine light in color. We STAY hydrated...or we GET hydrated ASAP. 💦
