The Complete Trophy Body Training 1.0 Program

The program we started with to build the foundation of our Trophy Bodies. We recommend purchasing 'The Complete Trophy Body Training 1.0 Levels 1 & 2' to have the option of training at BOTH levels. Be sure to implement NOSE BREATHING for best results (we had not yet learned about nose breathing when we made these programs).

Trophy Body Training 1.0 Level 1 Routines

These routines start with a proper 10 minute warm-up, followed by 20-30 minutes of light intensity Trophy Body Foundational Training, ending with a very unique breathing technique to strengthen the transverse abdominal muscle (stomach vacuums).

Keeping You Motivated!

Trophy Body Training 1.0 comes with a ‘Keep You Motivated’ Calendar that will set you up for Trophy success. We have created 2 calendars that you are welcome to download and print. The first calendar is blank, and you are welcome to fill it out in any way you like. The second calendar will have the designated routines already plugged in for each day of the week. As long as you complete either a level 1 or level 2 class, you did your job. Make sure to fill out the Goals, Motivation and Reward columns before you begin each calendar month. Keep track of your progress and BE PROUD of yourself. A completed calendar means you GET YOUR REWARD. And of course, you’re getting your Trophy Body. 🏆
