We have made Trophy Body Training 3.0 a very structured bounce fit series. There are two15 minute routines and 2 short 7.5 minute routines.


Let’s set the 7.5 routines aside for only when you are short on time or you want to do an afternoon pump. 💪💪


The goal is to rotate between the 15 minute upper body routine and the 15 minute lower body routine for 6 days in the week. This would result in performing upper body 3x and lower body 3x in one week.


Because these routines are short, you MUST give me 70%+ effort on average. If that makes you too sore over the week, reduce effort. If it doesn’t make you sore at all, increase effort to 80/90%.


If 6 days a week is too much, bring it down to 4. Whatever is sustainable is best.
