The Trophy Twins Are Changing Lives 1 Jump At A Time
What People Are saying
I did my walk this morning, then did the Newbie & Senior Compass routine for the second day in a row. I had strained my back last month lifting something heavy. Later in the day my back felt a bit sore, so I very carefully and gently did the Healing Back Stretch routine. Sally leads you through it with excellent, safe instructions and reminders to be gentle and pay attention to any discomfort. It really helped!! Thank you so much for this routine.
Today I did the 25 minute Hill Run routine on YouTube! Some upper body weights after because I still love weights. I’m so incredibly glad I discovered the Trophy Twins a few weeks back! 🏆
I’ve said it before, but I’m saying it again. You ladies are the bomb!! When I’m working out to your videos, I can see all the details and passion you put into each and every one of your videos. Constantly reminding us to breathe, tuck in our tummies, squeeze this muscle or that muscle throughout the entire video. You’re simply amazing! Thank you!!
So thankful I met the twins several years ago and have witnessed their personal transformation. I NEVER post talking videos but their fearless vulnerability, along w/the other group members here, has inspired me to join in. I’m so grateful to the openness, collective yet also deeply individual encouragement Sally and Stephanie facilitate in this group. Blessings to all…
For the first time yesterday, I really felt how rebounding (particularly Cellercising with Stephanie and Sally) absolutely boosts performance in other sports activities by strengthening ALL my muscles, joints, and tendons and balancing strength on both sides of my body. It was an amazing feeling! I went on a very technical hike yesterday. (More technical than I would've liked but my husband always pushes my adventuring comfort zone.) The hike included many "step ups" (like stepping up to a box in a gym). I've always been weak at those. There were also steep rock scrambles where three points of contact were necessary. (Imagine grabbing two rock holds on your sides and using your arm muscles to ease your body down to the landing below.) I was able and agile and really aware of how my body felt during this hike. I have to say, even with all the running/working out I've done in the past, I've never felt stronger in all parts of my body than I did yesterday (at age 55). In the end, I was truly beat and somewhat sore, but after a good sleep, the only thing that feels a little tight is my left calf muscle. I completed the 50 minute stretch and rehab routine the day prior to the hike and considered it for this morning but I can't wait to get in another Trophy Body Training!
I rubbed the inner part of my upper arm this morning and holy moly, there is MUSCLE there!!!!!!! I’ve never been able to attain arm tone like this, and never after only 2 months of consistency #truestory. I’m a private person, won’t be posting and sharing my progress with the world but I had to share with you two!!! So grateful I found you and both. Your free and paid videos are everything I’ve been looking for and I’m so excited to see where my body goes
Dear Trophy Leader(s), I appreciate you and all that you share. You are inspirational. I am a beginner whose body has not achieved a level close to your abilities. I am Cellercising daily, remembering how Sally did sit-bouncing for 3 years. I am determined to be the best I can be and allow my 70+ year old body to thrive into its Trophy potential. Thank you!
Sally Smith, you may never realize how many lives you have changed, including mine. I have lost weight with your routines when nothing else worked, and now maintaining.
Saw you on Chef AJ’s channel, subscribed to your YouTube and then clicked over here right away. I ❤ rebounding (on my beautiful Bellicon) and I am excited to have inspiration from this community. 😁

I’m new to the group. Thanks so much for adding me! I too watched the interview and got so inspired to try your videos. So much good info! Have had my Cellerciser for about a month...excited to try your senior/beginner videos. Thanks again!

I've never liked to exercise and never stick with any type of exercise for long. But I actually look forward to Cellercising, twice a day even, and don't want to miss a single day. Even got my skeptical hubby hooked. We went away for the weekend and brought it with us and used it in the hotel room. I'm 69 and the skin on my inner thighs had started to hang in the last year or so. In just a week after starting, I got out of the shower and noticed the sagging inner thighs were no longer sagging. WHAT?!? I wish I had taken a before picture but who would have thought?

I have only been doing their videos for a few months and my arm muscles are very defined! I love it!
I did the new Thunder Workout and absolutely loved it! A killer workout but wow did I feel great when I was done! Thank you Sally and Stephanie for coming up with such motivating and exhilarating workouts. You are awesome girls!

I got a Cellerciser just a week ago. I have had another rebounder (a very good, firm bungee) for one year, have loved it, and definitely reaped benefits from it. But, after one year, my arms didn't really change much despite incorporating weighted bounce routines. I didn't know that was something I could even achieve on a rebounder until I saw Stephanie and Sally. I thought how much I would love to get my weight training in and add definition to my body without having to pump some iron on the floor. I do my share of things (hiking, biking, a little running, yoga, etc.) which keeps me in great shape, but who wouldn't want to firm up AND be limber like the Trophy Twins?! Especially, if it can be done on a rebounder! To me, that seemed like a game changer so I decided to try and kick it up a notch with the I Jump Instead routines. I have to say, like some others here, I am only 3 weeks in (on the bungee until I got the Cellerciser) and a little over a week on the Cellerciser. In that small amount of time, my arms are getting super strong and toned. I have noticeable triceps bulges. The laydown ab work is making a difference too! I am a believer and can't wait to see me further down the road! I am especially eager to show my husband (a non believer and rebounder eye-roller)!
