One leg Jumping is here to take your jumping strength and endurance to a whole new level. We recommend that you practice one leg jumping after Trophy Body Training or in the evenings for a fun and powerful activity.

Start with our Level 1 routine and work your way up. This is very important. One leg jumping requires EXTRA knee and leg strength. We don't want anyone to get injured. Have fun and jump safe.
