Experience our very first Trophy Body training program—where we were raw, fresh, and fired up to get results fast. Trophy Body Training is a one-time purchase of $30 for a full week of routines (Levels One and Two), designed to teach you the basics, deliver killer 30-minute daily workouts (Monday through Saturday), and take your Trophy Body to the next level!

We built our physiques over nine years using nothing but the Cellerciser rebounder and a starch-based diet—lifting no weights, using no machines, just consistent jumping. We’ve developed a strong, flexible, and healthy look that reflects the power of jumping instead, as well following a starch-based menu.
