October Trophy Body Challenge Description

Bouncing combined with Ballerina Training? Match made in Trophy Ballerina heaven. We don’t train harder in this program, we train smarter. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with how fun, simple and addicting these routines are. And before you know it, you’ll look and feel like a Trophy Ballerina.


Trophy Body Ballerina Training program contains 2 Ballerina Training routines and 2 Booster Cardio Routines. 


A handlebar is required. If you don’t have a handle bar, consider drilling a handlebar into your wall for balance. Otherwise, use EXTRA precaution when doing this program.


We recommend you have a yoga mat and body brush available.
