October Trophy Body Challenge Description
Trophy Body Ballerina Training program contains 2 Ballerina Training routines and 2 Booster Cardio Routines.
A handlebar is required. If you don’t have a handle bar, consider drilling a handlebar into your wall for balance. Otherwise, use EXTRA precaution when doing this program.
We recommend you have a yoga mat and body brush available.
