Achieve your Trophy Body and nothing less.šŸ†

If you want to lose weight once and for all, you need to be honest with yourself...

Is there anything you’re still not acknowledging? Is there something you eat or drink without knowing how many calories it has? Do you just hope that it has less calories than it actually does? Do you still dabble in the chips? Jelly bean jar? Alcohol cabinet? Do you track these calories? Maybe you don’t count calories. Maybe you like to go with the flow and hope for the best. Are you reaching your goals? Is the scale going down? Is your tummy going away?Ā

I (Sally) plateaued at my weight for the last 2 years. I accepted my curves and told myself, ā€œI guess I’ll settle with where I’m at.ā€ ā€œMy boyfriend loves me just the way I am.ā€ ā€œI look better than other women I see.ā€ ā€œI already lost 40 lbs.ā€ ā€œI don’t need to reach the goal (I set a few years back) of getting a flat tummy.ā€ ā€œIt’s not realistic for me to get fitter and leaner.ā€ Ā ā€œIt’s not sustainable.ā€

Well the universe works in mysterious ways. My universe put Stephanie (my twin sister) in my kitchen with biceps I couldn’t deny and a tummy to live for. My universe made me realize if I didn’t get my act together I was gonna be the soft twin. You can tell me all day long that I look good just the way I am, but what if I told you the same thing? Is that what you want to hear? That the body you have now is good enough and therefore don’t change anything?

We are all good enough exactly as we are, but is it okay to want more? Is it okay to want to lose unnecessary body fat? Is it okay to want to build muscle and tone up? Is it okay to change our routine and possibly make people around us uncomfortable? Is it okay to take our own path? Explore new territory? Do it all by ourselves? Sometimes we’re ready, but others are not. Is that okay? Can we all still get along and respect each other’s own journeys?

If you want to lose weight once and for all, it’s time to be honest with yourself. Do you want to see change? Do you want to look in the mirror and jump for joy? Speaking of jumping...šŸ¤©šŸ‘šŸ’Ŗāļø The time is now! Make change today. Be aware of what calories you’re eating. Say no to guilty foods and YES to healthy foods. Be strong! And most importantly,Ā the more we jump, the stronger, fitter and leaner we get.Ā
